Terms of Service
By requesting a commission you agree that you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions, as well as any additional conditions listed on the page of your requested service. Terms are subject to change.
Pricing
Services are priced as I see fit based on the time and effort placed into completing a project. Prices are subject to change. Payment is accepted via paypal only. Payment is required as soon as I receive the files for configuration. Invoicing is available upon request.
You may be able to negotiate for an art trade or similar service, but it is not guaranteed. The prices themselves are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated.
Individual services (such as otoing) may have their own specific pricing guidelines. These guidelines will be listed on the service's respective page.
Payment will not be refunded once work has begun.

Queue
Commissions will be done on a first-come-first-served queue basis. This queue will be available publicly on this page. Please note that while each service has its own queue, these queues are listed in no particular order, and I may work on more than one project at a time, especially if one project is significantly longer than most. Details about the queue are available to clients upon request.
The queue will not list the client's name or screen name. Rather, the queue will list what type of project there is in order to give a sense of how long that service may take to complete, as well as the date that project was accepted. For example, an entry in the oto queue might read "CVVC Japanese - five pitches (5/25/21)."

Otos
If you are going to be picky about certain things like aliases and ratios, I need to be made aware once the commission begins. I will not re-do an oto after the commission is complete outside of minor errors or mis-records. I also do not promise the quality seen in the samples listed on the oto page if you force me to go against my usual methods (eg: requiring the use of a 1:3 ratio). More information about my methods here.
Base otos are not required unless stated otherwise in the commission sheet. I will create the base oto for a Japanese voicebank free of charge. Please be aware that if you choose to provide a base oto, I may completely overwrite the values in said base oto.
If you don't provide preferred aliases for things like breaths, I will use my discretion for common extras.
I would also appreciate it greatly if you credit me for the oto in the readme.txt file of the bank as follows:

DeepVocal Configuration
I am willing to both configure new banks for DeepVocal and convert old UTAU banks for use with DeepVocal, however, if you'd like me to convert an UTAU bank it must belong to you. Also worth noting is I will only convert VCV or CVVC recorded UTAU banks. In addition, your bank won't sound miraculously better just because it's in DeepVocal now. It'll probably sound about the same as the UTAU bank did with the TIPS resampler, maybe a bit smoother if your bank's oto was bad.
DeepVocal banks are configured in a CVVC style only. Do not record VCV specifically for DeepVocal because that's a massive waste. Don't bother with CV either, like I said, it's not worth it. If you're looking for guidance on making a DV bank, I recommend Hitcoder's tutorial.
DeepVocal automatically crops the beginning and ending of recordings, therefore I will edit silence into the recordings to avoid the program cropping out important information. This is not optional. The bank literally will not be able to be configured otherwise.
After the commission, you'll receive the files necessary to use the voicebank in DeepVocal, and any additional files such as models, toolbox files, configuration files, and any altered recordings will be available on request for a short time afterward. Please understand that these banks take up a lot of file space, and I cannot keep too many files for longer than a few weeks for the sake of my hard drive.
I am only accepting commissions for voicebanks recorded in Japanese, English, or possibly Spanish, as I do not have a decent enough understanding of Chinese and Korean to feel comfortable working on someone else's bank without a lot of help. This may be negotiable if you're willing to provide a toolkit.
